I stumbled across some small parts drawers while on a trip to Sale Victoria. $20 each from "Cheap as Chips", great value and good quality. They do however require mounting to a wall or similar structure as the draws are higher at the front when compared to the back. Meaning that they lay back on an angle if sat on a flat surface. Not a problem, I had a few sheets of melamine that I scored for free from Bunnings Nunawading. They had a couple of huge sheets around the back, and one of the staff members told me I was welcome to them. So I spent $7 on a cheap wood saw so I could cut them up to fit in the car. It was a lot of work and it took me about 50 minutes of hard slog cutting. The sheets are 20mm thick MDF with a melamine veneer. No way was I leaving without them, but I did have to spend some time truing and squaring them after being hand cut.
